How much does shipping cost and how long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country:
🇮🇹 Italy
Delivery usually takes 1–4 business days.
• Free shipping on orders of €20 or more
• For orders under €20, shipping costs €10
🇫🇷🇩🇪🇦🇹 France, Germany & Austria
Delivery generally takes 2–6 business days with express shipping.
• Free shipping on orders of €20 or more
• For orders under €20, standard shipping (4–9 business days) is available for €15
🇪🇺 Other European Union countries
For other EU destinations, delivery takes approximately 4–9 business days.
• Free shipping on orders of €150 or more
• Standard shipping: €15
How does the return work?
If you've changed your mind about your purchase or the product isn't what you expected, here's a quick guide on how returns work for the Bombata and Urbanite lines.
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without penalty. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
Send an email to info@bombata.it specifying your order number and the items you wish to return; you'll receive a confirmation email to proceed.
To obtain a refund, the product must be returned intact, unworn , and in its original condition. The original box is considered an integral part of the product and must be returned along with any accessories.
Returning the goods: Once the return has been accepted, you must deliver the products to the Extreme Design srl warehouse in Prato within 10 days .
Defective goods: In the event of defective products or shipping errors, the company may request photographic evidence and, in that case, will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund: You will receive a refund of the amount due within 30 days of receiving the goods at our premises.
Can I return a product purchased in the Outlet?
Of course! Our return policies also apply to products on sale.
What do I do if I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?
If your item is defective, the first thing to do is send an email to info@bombata.it, indicating your order number and the problem you encountered.
The company reserves the right to request photographic evidence to verify the damage before authorizing the procedure.
If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, the company will cover all shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouses.
