Extreme Design SRL , as website manager https://www.bombata.it is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its digital services in compliance with EU Directive 2019/882 (Accessibility Act) and WCAG 2.1 level AA standards.

Compliance status

The site partially conforms to the requirements of WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, as it has some non-conformances described in the following section.

Content not accessible

Based on the checks carried out, the following emerge in particular:

  • Inconsistencies in the semantic order of titles, with heading levels not always sequential (e.g., moving from h1 to h3 without h2).

  • The presence of form elements with no associated label or with incorrect associations, which may make it difficult to use using assistive technologies.

  • Some page content is not fully contained within appropriate ARIA regions/landmarks, potentially impacting keyboard and screen reader navigation.

  • Presence of focusable elements or interactive controls placed inside elements with the aria-hidden attribute, which should not be able to receive focus.

  • Presence of nested interactive controls (for example, links or buttons within other interactive controls), which can cause problems with screen readers and focus management.

Extreme Design SRL is committed to an ongoing process of improving site accessibility to progressively eliminate these critical issues.

To verify the accessibility of the site, the following were used:
