Accessibility Statement

Last update: December 15, 2025.

Extreme Design SRL, as the website manager https://www.bombata.it, is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its digital services in compliance with EU Directive 2019/882 (Accessibility Act) and WCAG 2.1 level AA standards.

Compliance status

The site is partially compliant with the WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines, as it presents some non-compliances described in the following section.

Inaccessible content

Based on the checks performed, the following stand out in particular:

  • Inconsistencies in the semantic order of headings, with heading levels not always sequential (e.g., jumping from h1 to h3 without h2).

  • Presence of form elements without an associated label or with incorrect association, which can make usage difficult through assistive technologies.

  • Some page content is not fully contained within appropriate ARIA regions/landmarks, possibly impacting keyboard and screen reader navigation.

  • Presence of focusable elements or interactive controls placed inside elements with the aria-hidden attribute, which should not be able to receive focus.

  • Presence of nested interactive controls (e.g., links or buttons inside other interactive controls), which can cause reading problems for screen readers and focus management issues.

Extreme Design SRL is committed to a continuous process of improving the site's accessibility to progressively remove such issues.

Verification tools and methods

The following were used to verify the site's accessibility:

  • Automated accessibility checking tools compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA.

  • Manual and usability tests carried out by the internal technical team.
