Returns and replacements

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. If the Buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, he or she must send an email to info@bombata.it indicating the order number and the items he or she wishes to return. Once the procedure is completed, Filedo will send a confirmation email.

To be entitled to a refund of the price paid, the item must be returned intact, new and in any case in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.

Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the Buyer.

All products and accessories must be returned together with their original packaging, which is considered an integral part of the product itself.

To obtain a refund, the buyer must return the product to the Extreme Design srl warehouse within 10 days of accepting the return.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or if there are shipping errors, Filedo reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and will cover the shipping costs for returning the goods to its premises.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt at the Extreme Design srl warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Buyer.

Filedo will refund the amount due to the Buyer following the withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the products under the conditions set out above. The Buyer must ship the returned goods to the following address: Extreme Design srl – Via dei Mugnai, 36 - 59100 Prato (PO) ITALY.
