Returns & replacements

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. If the Purchaser decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, she must send an email to info@bombata.it indicating the order number and the items she intends to return. Once the procedure is completed, Extreme Design will send a confirmation via e-mail.

For the right to a refund of the price paid to arise, the goods must be returned intact, new and in any case in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the Buyer.

All products and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself.

To obtain a refund, the buyer must have the product delivered to the Extreme Design srl warehouse within 10 days of accepting the return.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or errors occur in shipments, Extreme Design reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to their premises.

The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the Extreme Design srl warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Purchaser.

Extreme Design will reimburse the amount due to the Purchaser following the withdrawal within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the products under the above conditions. The Buyer must send the returned goods to the following address: Extreme Design srl – Via dei Mugnai, 36 - 59100 Prato (PO) ITALY.
